Key mid staffs second inquest adjourned

The second inquest of the death of John Moore-Robinson who died after having been discharged from Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust’s A&E department, has had to be adjourned due to the trust not disclosing all relevant information available. John’s case has become well known due to the alleged cover-up which followed and helped persuade Robert Francis QC to recommend a statutory Duty of Candour. The family are being supported by AvMA’s inquest support service and the second inquest was agreed following AvMA’s application on their behalf. Read more.
