Duty of candour “on a knife-edge”

AvMA is concerned as to whether the Government will press ahead with controversial plans to limit the Duty of Candour to only fatal and very severe cases of harm.  Efforts are being made to persuade Secretary of State, Jeremy Hunt, otherwise before he makes his full resonse to the Francis report on Tuesday 19th November, 1pm.
