Proposed changes to GMC regulations are dangerous
August 30, 2014AvMA has strongly criticised proposals by the Department of Health to change the GMC regulations, allowing them to dismiss cases they deem “vexatious” and to retain a “five year rule” barrier before even considering investigating concerns.
