We’re looking for new trustees

Do you have a passion for patient safety and justice, experience of working with people at a senior level in organisations and an understanding of good governance? If so, this is a fantastic opportunity to help us achieve our charitable objectives and shape our future strategy.

We are looking for outstanding people who can bring something extra to our charity. To complement the skills and expertise of existing trustees we are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with expertise in the following areas:

• Fundraising
• IT/healthcare informatics
• Healthcare human resources/workforce issues
• Professional and/or healthcare organisation regulation
• Medical law
• Patient / service user leadership

To help us keep in touch with developments in patient safety and justice in Scotland, we would like at least one new trustee to have strong links there. And we take equality and diversity very seriously, so we are particularly keen to hear from suitable candidates from the black and minority ethnic communities to add to the diversity of our board.
