We are delighted to be joined by Ben Petrecz, Costs Lawyer, Advocate & Senior Costs Consultant, Partners in Costs for a live webinar on Monday 16th June 2025 @ 10:30am discussing Costs Management, Sanctions and Unreasonable Conduct.

About:

Costs Management has been with us for over a decade. During that time, case law has developed covering a variety of issues such as the format of budgets; sanctions & relief for late service; how courts take account of unreasonable or disproportionate incurred costs; how budgeted sums for future estimated costs are to be set; the expectations of the parties in the negotiation process; the courts powers in relation to exaggerated or deliberately understated budgets. This session will cover recent decisions from the court, provide guidance on best practice and highlight some further changes to the budgeting process.
