Anaesthesia: Medico-legal issues arising

Dr Peter Hambly has been a consultant anaesthetist at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust since 1998. His particular interests include human factors in anaesthesia, medication safety and anaesthesia for orthopaedic surgery. He provides approximately 20 expert witness reports per year and holds the Cardiff University Bond Solon certificate in civil law and procedure. He is also a television screenwriter, most recently for Silent Witness on BBC1.
