Early bird discounted registration fees are only applicable if full payment is received before or on 15 December 2024. Payment Payment must be received at the time of booking. Please email remittance to: remittance@avma.org.uk ACCOMMODATION MICE Concierge will again be the official accommodation and concierge service for the conference, giving conference attendees better rates and choice of hotels. Once you have booked your conference place, please go to https://miceconciergeme.com/avma2025/ to book your accommodation at one of the official room blocks for the event. For personal assistance please call +44 (0)1438 908770 or e-mail anna.hellawell@miceconcierge.com. Multiple booking discounts Multiple booking discounts are applicable for full conference fees only. Junior solicitors/barristers, paralegals, trainee legal executives, sponsors/exhibitors/promotional sponsors entitled to the reduced rates cannot be included in multiple booking discounts. Discounted rates for sponsors/exhibitors/promotional sponsors Sponsors, exhibitors, and promotional sponsors are entitled to discounted rates but are not able to also use discounts for early bird bookings or junior solicitors/barristers, paralegals and trainee legal executives. Cancellations and substitutions Cancellations must be confirmed in writing (email is acceptable) and will be subject to the following fees: on or before 3 February 2025 - £50 + VAT administration charge per delegate; between 4 February and 28 February 2025 - 50% of conference cost per delegate; from 1 March 2025 – full conference cost. If delegates are unable to attend the conference for reasons outside of AvMA’s control and have not cancelled in advance, no refunds will be issued. Indemnity It may be necessary to change the content and timing of the programme, speakers or venue due to circumstances beyond AvMA’s control. We reserve the right to cancel the conference if absolutely necessary and issue a full refund of fees. AvMA accepts no liability if, for whatever reason, the conference does not take place. Junior solicitors/barristers, paralegals, trainee legal executives, sponsors/exhibitors/promotional sponsors entitled to the reduced rates cannot be included in multiple booking discounts.
