Zeina Lee

Zeina joined AvMA as the Information Support Officer in 2020, after working in healthcare conferences, and previously at Oxfam. The role combines a love for working in the charity sector and the vital aim of improving patient safety she had begun to learn about. Zeina’s role includes supporting Gillian and the volunteers in the successful running of the AvMA helpline and assisting the caseworkers with the administration of new clients that ensures the upmost quality of service. She has always enjoyed working with volunteers, having been one herself, and understanding that drive to try and help people in a time of need.

After work, Zeina enjoys gym classes and somehow finds never ending amounts of ‘life admin’ to be getting on with! Being a metalhead, she has enjoyed volunteering with Oxfam at Download festival for many years, but may need to hang up the wellies soon…
